How it works

Four moves, start to finish.

The same flow on a single bedroom or a 40-room office floor.

01

Generate the plan

Work packages and orders are created from the approved BOQ, grouped by vendor and trade.

02

Schedule

Set dates for civil, carpentry, painting and deliveries. Dependencies shift automatically.

03

Update from site

Supervisors post photos and progress from their phone, tagged to the room.

04

Hand over

Walk the client through a checklist per room and collect a digital sign-off.

Questions

About Project Tracker

Do site supervisors need a paid seat?

No. Supervisors and vendors use free guest access with limited permissions. Only designers need a seat.

Can I use it without the design tools?

The tracker works best when linked to an approved design and BOQ, but you can create a project manually.

Does it replace accounting software?

No. It tracks progress, orders and handover. Export BOQs and orders to your accounting tool.

Can clients see everything on site?

Only what you publish. Internal notes and snag details stay with your team unless shared.
