About billing
What counts as a finished render?
A full-resolution image or panorama you generate for presentation. Previews while you place furniture and adjust lighting are free and unlimited.
What is included in the free trial?
Five finished room renders with floor plan to 3D, moodboards, BOQ and a walkthrough link for each. No card is needed and you keep everything you make.
Can I mix plans in one studio?
A workspace runs on one plan. On Detailed and Turnkey you can add or remove designers at any time and billing adjusts on the next cycle.
Do clients or site supervisors need a seat?
No. Clients use walkthrough links, and supervisors and vendors use free guest access. Only designers who create or edit designs need a seat.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Plans are billed in USD. Indian customers can pay in INR with GST invoices issued in the studio name.
Can I cancel any time?
Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing date. Yearly plans run to the end of the term. See the refund policy for details.
