Terms of Service
These terms set out how the platform may be used by designers, studios and their clients. By creating a workspace or using a walkthrough link you agree to them.
1. Your workspace
A workspace belongs to the studio or individual who creates it. The account owner manages designer seats, guests, billing and data exports. You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity under your seats.
2. Plans and seats
Plans are priced per designer per month. A seat is needed for each person who creates or edits designs. Clients viewing walkthroughs, and site supervisors or vendors with guest access, do not need a seat.
Render allowances reset each billing month and do not carry over. Previews are not counted.
3. Free trial
New workspaces receive five finished room renders without payment. Trial content stays yours after the trial ends. We may limit trials to one per studio.
4. Ownership of designs
You keep all rights to plans, models, renders, moodboards, BOQs and other content you create or upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content only to provide the service to you and the people you share it with.
We do not use your projects to train models for other customers.
5. Renders and estimates
- Renders are visualizations. Final materials, finishes and colors should be confirmed with physical samples before ordering.
- BOQ costs use your own vendor prices and remain estimates until vendors confirm rates, stock and delivery.
- You are responsible for the designs, quotes and commitments you make to your clients.
6. Third party catalogs and content
Furniture and material libraries may include products from third party brands. Names and images remain the property of their owners and are provided for design visualization. Availability and prices are set by the vendor.
You must have the right to upload any catalog, image or model you bring into the studio.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not upload content you do not have rights to, or that is unlawful or harmful.
- Do not attempt to access other workspaces, reverse engineer the service, or overload render capacity with automated jobs outside the API.
- Do not resell access to the service without a written agreement.
8. Sharing with clients
Walkthrough links can be opened by anyone who has them. Use passcodes and expiries for sensitive projects and revoke links you no longer need. Approvals recorded in a walkthrough are a record of agreement; your contract with your client defines their effect.
9. Availability
We aim for high availability and announce planned maintenance in advance. Render times vary with load; Turnkey workspaces have a priority queue.
10. Payment and cancellation
Fees are billed in advance for each monthly or yearly term. You can cancel at any time and the plan stays active until the end of the paid term. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend a workspace for unpaid fees or serious breach of these terms, after notice where possible. You can export your content for 30 days after a workspace is closed.
12. Liability
The service is provided as is to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or decisions made from renders or estimates.
13. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Account owners will be notified of material changes before they apply.
